The Certificate II Kitchen Operations is a nationally accredited hospitality qualification and is delivered in the Wingate commercial kitchen located only 5km from Melbourne CBD. Learn the skills and knowledge to be competent in a range of kitchen functions and activities to gain employment in hospitality enterprises where food is prepared and served including restaurants, hotels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes, cafeterias and coffee shops.
