Basic Home Cooking
Learn how to make a variety of simple recipes and get basic food safety knowledge for cooking at home. This short course will teach you the basics of home cooking and some of the skills and techniques cooks and chefs use in the commercial cooking environment. The perfect course for those looking to learn new recipes or for people thinking of working in the hospitality sector.
This course may be a pathway into Certificate II Kitchen Operations.
Mondays (16 weeks)
Semester 1: 12th Feb – 25th June
Morning Class: 9.15am – 11.45pm
Afternoon Class: 1.00pm – 3.30pm
