Gain insight into the different areas of the hospitality industry, the skills required to work there, and the confident to pursue further study (such as a Certificate II in Kitchen Operations). Visit a hospitality venue. Cater and run a pop-up-café at the community centre.

Family Home Cooking
Cook in small groups and have fun. Learn recipes from a wide variety of cuisines to give you inspiration for cooking in your kitchen at home.
This is a budget-conscious cooking class where you will make two dishes to take home.
This is a popular class, so make sure you book in early!
Days: Tuesdays
Time: AM Class: 9.30am – 12.30pm or PM Class: 1:30pm – 4:30pm
Cost: $ 80/$40 Conc
